Brian
Matthews
Varsity Head Coach
Coach Matthews graduated from Lumpkin County in 1986 where he wrestled, played football and participated in track. He received a football scholarship to Marion Military Institute in Alabama. After graduating from the University Of Georgia in 1990 he moved to Tampa, Florida. He has coached football and wrestling at Zephyrhills High School, Chattahoochee High School and Lumpkin County Middle & High School. He established the Indians Youth Wrestling Club in 2006. Coach Matthews has experience working as a special education teacher in elementary school and high school. He is the head coach of the Lumpkin County Middle School football team and is working on his master’s in school counseling. He has been married for 15 years to Alisha and has two sons, Zachery 12 years old and Nolan 2 years old, both are wrestlers.

Sean
Mullins
Asst. Varsity Coach
Coach Mullins graduated from West Hall High School in 1996 where he wrestled and ran track. He attended North Georgia College and graduated in 2004 then completed his graduate degree in computer science from Kennesaw State University in 2006. Coach Mullins has coached wrestling at Lumpkin county middle school and has several years of coaching experience in Freestyle and Greco wrestling. He works at North Georgia College as a technical analyst. He has been married 10 years to Laura and has a daughter, Sophie.

Mike
Enright
U.S.A. Head Coach
Mike Enright is a native of Stone Mountain, Georgia. He graduated from Clarkston High School in 1985. He wrestled for four years in high school under the coaching of Mike Chonko. In 1989 Mike enrolled at North Georgia College and State University in Dahlonega, Georgia. In 1993 he graduated with a B.S. in Special Education. Mike began his teaching career in DeKalb County at Miller Grove Junior High School. In 1995 he moved to Dahlonega and began working on a Master's Degree in Special Education. It was then that he began working at North Hall Middle School. From 1996 to 1999 Mike taught special education and coached a variety of sports including wrestling. In the fall of 1999 he moved to Lumpkin County High School as a special education teacher and has stayed with the Lumpkin County School System. In 2004 Mike earned his leadership certificate and was hired as the Assistant Director of Special Education in Lumpkin County.
Mike has been married to his wife Amy since 1995. She is a home maker and takes care of the four Enright boys; Robert, Shawn, Zachary, and Jacob. They currently reside in Dahlonega and love being a part of the local community. They are active members of the Dahlonega United Methodist Church.
